Understanding how businesses actually work
I studied Business Administration and Accounting — but what always fascinated me was not accounting itself. It was understanding how businesses actually work. Why some companies grow. Why others stay stuck. Why talented people struggle even when they are working harder than everyone else.
Over time, I realized something important: most entrepreneurs are not suffering from a lack of motivation. They are suffering from a lack of structure.
Information is scattered. Processes live inside people’s heads. Clients are tracked in one place, payments in another, tasks somewhere else, and opportunities get lost in between. The bigger the business becomes, the more expensive that chaos becomes.
